About Blessings in a Backpack This event is being organized to raise funds for Blessings in a Backpack. The Blessings in a Backpack program feeds children on the weekend, and every Friday afternoon, children receive backpacks filled with kid-friendly, ready-to-eat items. Students return every Monday morning with an empty backpack, a full stomach, and an eager mind. Your contribution helps improve test scores, reading skills, positive behavior, general health, and attendance! Thank you for helping children get the nourishment they need.
